The Surgery Center of Columbia County is a JCAHO certified facility that provides cost-effective outpatient services using modern, state-of-the-art technology in a friendly and caring environment by a highly-skilled, compassionate staff that serves Evans, Ga., Augusta Ga. and the surrounding communities. The Surgery Center of Columbia County (SCCC) is a joint venture between a group of Board Certified physicians and University Health Resources.

Located in the heart of University Health Care System’s Evans campus, SCCC provides a convenient, safe and sophisticated alternative to the traditional hospital experience. Our patients receive high quality surgical, gastroenterology and pain management care and are able to return to the comfort of their home the same day.

Our four spacious surgical suites are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and we have a skilled and experienced staff of nurses, technicians and physicians to attend to your needs. All procedures requiring anesthesia involve board certified anesthesiologists from University Anesthesia Associates.
